Canadian Breakfast Stout is an Imperial Stout brewed with a blend of coffees and imported chocolates, then aged in spent bourbon barrels that have most recently been aging pure Michigan maple syrup.

A bold Baltic porter aged in bourbon barrels. This unusual lager style has many similarities to Imperial Stouts. A lengthy conditioning period creates a silky smooth chocolatey mouth feel enhanced by the use of oats and brown sugar. Noticeable sweetness gets balanced by roasted malt and hop bitterness. Additional flavors include bourbon, vanilla, and oak.

Bavarian Hefe-Weizen

This lupulin-ladin India Pale Ale is packed with juicy tropical fruit character, bright floral aromas and delectable layers of hop flavor. Pour mindfully, inhale deeply and enjoy a tropical vacation in a glass. Always store cold, enjoy fresh and stay cool!

Aromas of mango, passionfruit, and pineapple. Undertones of garlic, onion, and pine. Sweet aromatics of malt and caramel.

This traditional Belgian-style white ale refreshes the body and illuminates the spirit. Brewed with malted and unmalted wheat and seasoned with coriander and sweet orange peel, Witte pours hazy, smooth and flavorful, with aromas of citrus and clove.

Original Hard Cider is a semi-sweet cider crafted from estate grown New York State dessert apples. Its yellow sapphire color gives way to intriguing apple and banana aromas. Balanced acidity and soft carbonation make this cider an excellent choice for any occasion.

First brewed in 1981, Celebration Ale is one of the earliest examples of an American-style IPA and one of the few hop-forward holiday beers. Famous for its intense citrus and pine aromas, Celebration is bold and intense, featuring Cascade, Centennial and Chinook hops. There are generous portions of barley malts and fine whole hops of several varieties, creating a brew with a full, rich and hearty character.

This golden beauty explodes with citrusy flavor and hop aromas, all perfectly balanced by a subtle malt character. This crisp, extra hoppy brew is hugely refreshing.

Hazy IPA triple dry hopped with Citra, making it a super-approachable IPA. Used all light-colored grains to give it a pleasant glow.

Solifloris is a Barrel Aged Wild Ale with Beets and Sumac. It is a collaboration between Strangebird and Grimm.

This collaboration with Burlington Beer Co. of Burlington, Vermont is the next offering in our Collab Series, a Helles Export Lager brewed with continental malts and noble hops. Bright golden in color with notes of bread dough, honeysuckle, and hay with a full body and firm bitterness, this single decocted pale lager is well-rounded with a lightly mineral finish.

A thoughtful hoppy ale blending inspiration and techniques from both coasts. Look for pops of tangerine and stone fruit on the nose, a hint of bread crust and sappy pine, balancing bitterness and a slightly dry finish.
