Coolship Cerise is aged on cherries for six months in oak wine barrels. We use 100 lbs of fresh Maine cherries (a blend of Montmorency and Balaton varieties) per oak barrel. The beer is pale red in color with cherry and spice in the aroma. Cherry, oak and spice punctuate the flavor. A dry finish rounds out this tart and delightfully complex beer.

An ode to the unity of malted barley, hops, yeast, water, and the brewer who prudently blends them. Intense tropical and citrus fruit aromas and a clean fruity bitterness work in harmony with the lightly toasted wheat bread flavors derived from the malt.

Inspired by the dry-hopped Tipopils from Birrificio Italiano, Brewmaster Matt Brynildson drew upon multiple European influences to create this one-of-a-kind beer that sparked a legion of new craft pilsners across the U.S. Impeccably balanced. Floral aromatics, spicy herbal nuances and lemongrass notes from German Saphir hops.

The coffee lover’s consummate beer. Brewed with an abundance of flaked oats, bitter and imported chocolates, and Sumatra and Kona coffee, this stout has an intense fresh-roasted java nose topped with a frothy, cinnamon-colored head that goes forever.

Fresh Coast is modern West Coast IPA, crisp & light gold in color, but still packs a burst of bitter citrus flavors. Brewed and dry hopped with mosaic and citra, you get a little funky dankness on the nose and initial tasting notes of grapefruit zest, followed by by the tropical, citrusy flavors of these hops that we know and love.

This IPA features New Zealand-grown Peacharine hops from Freestyle Hops. As Peacharine's name suggest, Express Way present a nose of juicy stone fruit with undertones of citrus and a balanced bitterness.
