Drinking this medium-bodied beer is like biting into a juicy, yet tart, peach. Farm to Face is brewed as a pale ale and then fermented for ten months in stainless tanks with house yeast. After primary fermentation, Pediococcus, Lactobacillus, and a whole lot of peaches are added. Aromas of green apple and graham cracker accompany a lingering peachy finish.

We aged a French-style saison in large oak foudres, allowing natural wild yeast to shine with lightly sour notes of peach, lemon curd, and white grape.

Velvet Merkin is the beer that almost wasn’t…Indeed, this vintage oatmeal stout’s comical name went off the grid for several years, but now it’s back due to popular demand. Velvet Merkin is aged for a full year in retired spirits barrels from Heaven Hill, Woodford Reserve and others, yet manages to offer mind-­boggling balance and restraint. You will wig out when you taste Velvet Merkins rich milk chocolate, bourbon and espresso flavors, preceded by aromas of vanilla, coconut, toasted oak and mocha.

Brewed with an abundance of flaked oats, bitter and sweetened imported chocolates, Sumatra and Kona coffee. Breakfast Stout has an intense fresh roasted coffee nose topped with a cinnamon colored frothy head that seems to never fade and makes you wish breakfast could last forever.

This IPA was brewed in collaboration with frequentem Brewing. Freestyle Motueka hops are met with a large addition of our hand-selected Simcoe from Yakima Chief. The result brings ripe stone fruit, zesty lime, and sweet citrus.

Notch Session Pils salutes the unfiltered session pale lagers of the Czech Republic: crisp, herbal, and hoppy.

This traditional Belgian-style white ale refreshes the body and illuminates the spirit. Brewed with malted and unmalted wheat and seasoned with coriander and sweet orange peel, Witte pours hazy, smooth and flavorful, with aromas of citrus and clove.

Old Brown Dog has been cited as a classic example of the American Brown Ale style of beer. Compared to a typical English Brown Ale, Old Brown Dog is fuller-bodied and more strongly hopped.

Ready for Takeoff yeast-derived notes of clove, bubblegum, and banana. We added some tangerine peel to give it a little zest. It's a medium-bodied, dark yellow beer that has a gentle sweetness, a little spice, and minimal bitterness.

Pilsner hopped with all NYS Saaz hops.

Fresh Coast is modern West Coast IPA, crisp & light gold in color, but still packs a burst of bitter citrus flavors. Brewed and dry hopped with mosaic and citra, you get a little funky dankness on the nose and initial tasting notes of grapefruit zest, followed by by the tropical, citrusy flavors of these hops that we know and love.
